A fresh alert was issued by the Montgomery County Department of Police on Nov. 6 after warrants were obtained for D'Andre Lukes and D'Angelo Holley (pictured above) for their alleged involvement in Ellis' death on Sunday, March 5 inside a car outside the Sweet Sweet Kitchen in the 900 block of Bonifant Street.

During the investigation, police say that Washington, DC resident Lukes, 21, and Holley, 24, who has no known address, have been identified as suspects involved in the shooting, though they remain at large.

They are now wanted for first-degree murder.

Two other suspects, 22-year-olds Kajohn McCombs and Ahmahd McCombs were arrested less than two weeks after the shooting, and are still being held without bond.

No information about Lukes or Holley's next court appearance has been released by the police.
